Nor for Heavy Metal phonation, which I think is related to
pharyngealisation and glottalisation, if I'm doing it right. There was a
discussion a while back about it, and I can't remember whether it was
found in any natlangs, but I have a vague feeling it was given as marginal
in one or two.
