Gah, I *completely* misunderstood that. Apparently my brain isn't working
this morning.
There are 27 consonants and 9 vowels in Ebisedian, although there is also
breathing, nasality, length, and pitch as well. That makes a theoretical
number of 108 distinct vowel phonemes (not counting pitch). Which makes a
total of 135 phonemes.
