Re: CHAT: Hello

This is Matthew Kehrt, one-time list reader.  College has consumed much of
my time over the past year or so, so I haven't been reading the list, but
I hope to be back now.

Could someone explain to me how the post limit works?  I've seen it
mentioned a few times, but there's nothing in any of the welcoming emails
about it.  Is it per person per day, or is there an overall daily limit,
and how high is it?
