It's an acronym. The full name is
"gjâ-zym-byn", /gj&.'zUm.bUn/; the
acronym can be pronounced /g@.z@.'bu/
(the usual rule for acronyms in gzb, due
to the self-segregation rules, is to add a schwa
after all the consonants but the last, and
/u/ after the final consonant) but I usually
give it the full pronunciation.
