Depends. In SAMPA, it's [9] (I don't know why, it just is)

Odd! It's not [9Y]? I wonder why [au] (I'm assuming that that's the
original form) became [9I]? I can understand [a] --> [9], if it was
[a], frontal. I could see [au] --> [9u] --> [9y] (raising and fronting
of [a], and fronting of [u]), but the unrounding of [y] is just bizarre,
especially since the [9] wasn't likewise unrounded to [E].
