Since the consensus is to use <c> for /T/, that's what I'll use. I didn't
realize that <c> was used for /T/ in Castillian Spanish, but now that I
think about it, that makes sense.  You might get the impression that I'm
going for a Spanish feel to Skerre, but actually that's not the case-just
trying to make good use of the Roman letters. But the similarity is an
interesting coincidence.  Anyway, thanks to all who helped.
