Well, as I said RTF is acceptable only because half the conversion can be done automatically. But it would still give me a lot of work to do (if only to make the cross-references right), but probably something I could handle if other people can help. That's why I'd rather have LaTeX as a format of predilection, though RTF (and HTML if I find a good converter) would be acceptable too, and plain text and Word only as last resort, and only if I have people to help me do the conversion. Three to five people including me would be okay. If I'm to be alone or with only one person to do the conversion, I will only be able to accept RTF and LaTeX. I'd also be happy to

Thanks! I have all what I need to do the conversion myself though, and if the result is not nice enough I think Maarten wouldn't mind getting a single Postcript file and convert it to PDF through Acrobat, and that once every three months :)) .
