Go to <URL:http://www.activestate.com/Products/ActivePerl> and see the
large friendly download box in the upper right corner. According to
the page, the only thing you may need to upgrade on Windows ME is the
Windows Installer, and it has a link to download that from Microsoft.
It's all free.
Activestate also has a free Python for Windows (or Linux or Solaris)
if people want to play with the original script (irish.py).
