Re: EAK prepositions

There's been a further update to the Prepositions page. The page is now
"Adverbs & Prepositions" and a short paragraph has been added at the
beginning which basically says that adjectives may be used unchanged as
adverbs, as in German and, often, in colloquial English.

The entry on διά (diá) has been expanded to include the causal meaning
of _through_, e.g. "It happened through [because of] human error."
