It's just that I receive the email correctly, but my mailreader "mutt"
insists on putting up on my screen "Vsi horoso" instead of "÷Ó£
ÈÏÒÏÛÏ". It has some transliteration table which converts
each KOI-8R letter into a regular ASCII letter, obviously doubling some
up along the way.

My Russian teacher believed it should be written according to pronunciation,
which is with the American /{/ (X-SAMPA) which sounds most like the Russian
Ü.
