I really must be psychic. Yesterday (Saturday afternoon my time) I was
thinking of adapting an Indo-European-based language to Semitic
inflections. In other words, consonant-only skeletons of roots taken
from PIE, with vowels plugged in to express the sundry derivations of
Semitic.
Your language, I assume, is a priori...
