Fair enough, "eth" it is. I must admit, however, that I am yielding not
to your argument, but to the fact that its official name in Unicode is
"eth" (or, more completely, "LATIN SMALL LETTER ETH"). We can't get
anywhere if we don't have a common terminology, and if there's a
standard, by gosh let's use it, like it or not. :)
