Almost any text editor/word processor could be used if you have the
fonts.  The hard part is getting the fonts made.  I've tried several
font creation programs and it can be very a very time-consuming task to
create a good quality font.  Font making is definitely an art unto
itself, but if you have the time and the will go for it.
