I don't know. Both spellings exist. And I'm not sure any more of the spelling and pronunciation in use at school when I learned about V/Wisigoths. But I do pronounce [wago~], [webEr] (the unit of measure), [wagnerism] (Yes, I know Wagner is a German name, Weber too), [wese] (WC), [beEmwe] (BMW), ..., [dubl@ve] (w). I've already heard [wewewe] (www) when speaking about a web site, but that's not common. Jean-François Colson jfcolson (a) belgacom.net
