That's simple: <eu> is pronounced [2] (ö, ø, ...), like in French.
<eeu> exists only in combination with a following <w>, in which case the
combination <uw> is pronounced [w]. Thus, <eeuw> is pronounced [e:w].

Not very different from Dutch, I suppose.
