Not really. Maybe in your dialect, but in ABN and most dialects, "eu" is
definitely a diphtongue. Actually, now that I think of it, "ui" is not
exactly pronounced [2H]. It's usually a bit lower on the first part: [9H].
And "eu" is then pronounced [2y]. I've heard "eu" pronounced as a single
vowel, but only in dialects that monophtongise other diphtongues (like in
Haags, the dialect of Den Haag, which monophongises pretty much every
diphtongue :)) ).
><eeu> exists only in combination with a following <w>, in which case the
