Well, I don't know Czech, but this is exactly the way I think it should be
pronounced. Anyway, it sounds good, and I don't think it is hard to produce
this sound.

In both cases I must admit that I don't know. As far as I can tell, in normal
Polish "rz" is pronounced as something between an alveolar and a postalveolar
fricative. Voiced, unless it is placed after an unvoiced consonant or at the
end of a word.
