Hi Mark I think 'si' in Welsh represents 'sh' as in 'shop' (but only before another vowel). Think of the name 'Sian'. So by extrapolation maybe 'zi' would be the most Welsh-looking digraph. Although Welsh doesn't use the letter 'z' so far as I know.
