Yeah, it's the one :) . Until then it was really a nice episode full of the
irony you describe. But of course, since it is an American series the episode
had to have a moralistic ending and it endend with the Romulan captain
contacting Picard to say that maybe, someday, the wish of that original species
will come true and that they will live in harmony... blah blah blah...
