Ohhhhhhhhh!  I remember!  It was the one where Picard has that cragety old
professor come back to visit him and he's had some sort of discovery and,
with the help of the Klingons, Romulans and Cardassians they find the
sequences in the codes that go together and plays a recording set down by the
original species of them all (what they all evolved from) and that, if
they've found it, they probably all worked together and are living in
harmony, and the irony is that they were about to kill each other before the
recording goes off.  I thought it sounded familiar. :)
