moon prism power make up I've heard "pawa: appu" before meaning an increase in strength but not "pawa: me:ku appu". Then again, I've been away and am not a Sailor Moon devotee.

Katakana "te" plus a subscript "i" gives you a "ti" for foreign imports. moon tiara action (God, the Japanese, and Sailor Moon fans only know what that means).
