Well, It's the attack of Sailor Moon. With it, she changes back to human
people that have been transformed into monsters (just like the "Moon
Healing Escalation" of the first season). It's just that instead of
"healing", you have "therapy". The idea of healing is still there. And the
fact that it's a kiss is soooo nice :)) (even if in fact she doesn't
actually kiss the monsters, her sceptre (called the "Eternal tier", by the
way) does it all :) .
