:)) Funny how such a cartoon managed to find its way in nearly every country of the world. I think that's the only one (maybe Dragon Ball, but it's much less I think). If celebrity can be seen by the numbers of the criticizers as well as the number of lovers (as I heard it), then it's surely one of the most well-known cartoon in the world.

Yes, healing. Japanese lacks a 'l'.

I wondered that about 'halation'. But if this one is a word, 'escalation' could well be :) .

Yet that's right! Well, in fact, that's not worse than "biinasu robbumi cheen" ("Venus Love me Chain!") or "biinasu robbu en byuti shokku" ("Venus Love and Beauty Shock!"), two of the attacks of Sailor Venus. And what do you think of "jupitaa ooku eborushon" ("Jupiter Oak Evolution!") as an attack?! Note: now that I think of it, the endings corresponding to -tion should be [-Son], not [-San]. I think I made the mistake because in the anime, the japanese voices try to pronounce the attacks as correctly as possible. So it sounds more like English with a heavy Japanese accent. Anyway, the Japanese hear it really as it's written in katakana... Christophe Grandsire |Sela Jemufan Atlinan C.G.
