Well, around here, the African American friends of my brother allow him
(and other non African American friends) to use the word "nigga" among
themselves. However I don't like the word at all and I do not use it.
Just as Whites and Asian Americans don't have the shared experience with
African Americans, African Americans and Whites also don't have the same
shared experince as Asian Americans (Who seem to be made fun of almost as
much as Whites by many Black comedians as well). Same goes with any other
ethnicity or race.
