I know. It's all a part of the chainshift the Pidse orthography suffered. As you can see, when I asciify the Wynn, I use a P. This is because, when Wynn was adopted to write W, p was found to be too similar and a digraphy came to replace it, thus freeing P up in the Asciification. And other stuff happened, too. I made a post about it a while ago. I'll make a page about it on my website, too. (I don't consider ash to be dead, not by a long shot. Nor eth or thorn. Thank the Icelanders.)

Never suggested it would. I was thinking more of in a conlang.
