AFAIK, Italo-Celtic refers to a hypothetical branch of IE languages, based
on certain similar characteristics which Celtic and Italic languages share
but which are missing from other IE languages. I can't remember much about
them offhand, but I know one such characteristic is the use of -i in the
genitive.
I think it's still just a theory.
