No such construction here... it simply goes like this:
The men are diligent =
Plu grchum nu rocha.
/plural/ man /present/ diligence.
However, if it's neccessary to individuate the nouns, the particle "na" is used:
The men speak diligently =
Plu grchum nu woch rocha na.
/plural/ man /present/ speech diligence /adjective/adverb/.
This way it is shown that the noun in front of the particle modifies the
noun indicating the action or state.
