Wow! I never noticed this... Since we're on the subject of Hungarian,
and I know there are native Hungarian speakers here, can you help me with the

I don't want to believe the pronunciation in my TY book...
Speaking of which, has anyone (particularly someone living in France)
heard of the Assimil series? One of my professors professed (ha, ha) those
to be the only language books that can actually teach you how to
speak/read/write a language.
