Okay, I don't really speak Russian, but according to dictionaries and
people i've met, it's something like:
A = /a/
b with horizontal upper bar rightwards = /b/
B = /v/
gamma = /g/
box on a platform = /d/
E = /jE/
X with vertical line = /Z/
3 = /z/
backwards N = /i/
backwards N with breve = /j/
K = /k/
I with tail hanging off a horizontal leftwards top line = /l/
M = /m/
H = /n/
O = /O/
pi = /p/
P = /r/
C = /s/
T = /t/
y = /u/
O with vertical line = /f/
X = /x/
square U with right tail = /ts/
u with extended vertical = /tS/
square W = /S/
square W with right tail = /StS/
b with horizontal top line leftwards = [hard sign]
bI = /I/ or /1/ high central vowel?
b = [soft sign]
backwards curvy E = /E/
