Apparently yet another lapsus on my part; but I _was_ under the impression
it contained avocado. Well, live and learn.

No no, no avocado (and very little rat). It's just a vanilla IC recipe
(made the real way with egg custard and a QUART of whipping cream), but
flavored with candied fruits marinated in Sherry/Brandy
