In this case, it also depends on language, you it's not as easy as
saying that font issues are irrelevant: the shape of lower case
Cyrillic b depends on language: IIRC, in Serbian it typically looks
exactly like Greek d, while in Russian, it typically does not.
Please don't look at the list too sternly, please: *you* decide what's
a feasible contrast and what is not. So maybe I should add another
note that putting letters on the same line and not doing so may be
disputable? :-)
