Especially as it is only in modern English one can get the notion that they
are pronounced the same ['i:d@n]! Hopefully even anglophones who have
actually studied ON write _Iðunn_ and pronounce it ['IDUn]. BTW it should
just as well be spelled _Ithunn_ in English to avoid this nonsense. I
don't have the foggiest how _Eden_ should be pronounced or spelled, but I
guess Steg has...
