Same way as the 'British Israelites' - the (I)saac's sons [Saxons], I guess :) After all, if you can believe that remnant of the 'ten lost tribes' could maintain the 'racial purity' of the old Isrealites, which the Jews lost, and that later emerge in western Europe as, still racially pure, Saxons - then you can believe virtually anything!

Some guy did his best/worst to try and bring that about - and he & his henchmen were certainly involved in neopagan practices. That's the trouble with Jews, they tend to upset certain peoples' theories.
