Just some guesses (I'm not really fluent in German,
but I did read something on German dialects just for
fun):
And as one (can) see, what {??a verb} (to) the Humanity {droht}ly,
so one sees (it?) really black, {not?} {???) read.
and what one yet can hope (for) is only
that it/she (??) (??)
(I think _dr_ is dat. sg. f. of the definite article)
If the dialect allows double negation, _nume_ can be
some negative word - 'nimmer' or 'niemand'.
Made closer to standard German:
Und wie man (ge)sieht, was hütt(et) der Menschheit droht,
(so) (ge)sieht man wirklich schwarz, nicht (nume?) rot.
Und was man noch kann hoffen ist allein,
dass sie Hemmige (hei?).
Tell me what you get in the end!
