Well, it depends on how creative your parish priest is. I remember a few
years ago, the parish priest for our town did an entire mass in Latin. He
even turned his back to the congragation. He did a good job, and even
though no one understood the Latin, everyone pretty much knew when to sit,
stand, and kneel. He did however do the homily in English.
Oh and our parish does masses in Korean, and Syriac (I think, i know they
have a Chaldean Rite mass once a month)
