According to Claes-Christian Elert (loose translation from Swedish):
"The tip of the tongue against the back of the alveolar ridge or the =
front of the hard palate. The tip of the tongue is then curved upwards =
and backwards."
or as David Crystal puts it:
"The tip of the tongue is curled back to articulate with the area =
between the rear of the alveolar ridge and the front of the hard =
palate..."
Wow! Imagine that. I've been able to help Sally the Conlanger Estelvema! =
:)
(was that even remotely correct?)
And to Pablo: I'd go for 'rt', 'rd' and 'rn' as we do in Sweden. I think =
I'd tend to pronounce t' and d' like aspirated t and d.
