Where do you get the final _ga_ from? You sure it's
not the common copula _da_ instead of the particle
_ga_? What Jpn newspaper showed _ga_? Or it could
even be _ka_ as in the interrogative marker, ie. "life
is art??"

I'd have thought the same kanji for _sei_ as from
_ikiru_ too! But, the word _seidou_ itself, I'm
uneasy about. This is another one from my sweety.

From my acquired understanding [as a non-native
speaker of Jpn for the past 10 yrs], _gijyutsu_ has to
do with _technique/skill/craft_ as in the word
_technican_ (ie, gijyutsusha); and _geijyustu_ would
be the _skill to a performing art_ as characterized in
the word _geijin_ (ie, celebrity).
Hope this helps.
