The author is amazed anyone still uses it. My opinion on it is that it
doesn't work properly.

No---the author had a 16-bit (Windows 3.1) thing for the program, but
these days everything's 32-bit (Windows 9x/ME, Windows NT/2000/XP), but
the 32-bit thing he needed costs money which he doesn't want to pay. Or
something like that.
