Sometimes, if you're lucky. It's buggy. But it's free.

No. It's an old Windows 3.1 program that I haven't bothered to update,
mainly because one of the components that I licensed royalty fee has a
new royalty-based license for its 32-bit version. Plus I found I didn't
really enjoy providing free tech support for a free product.
