Any Estonians in Tokyo?

Hi! Vo! Hei! Hej! etc...

Just wondering if anyone on this list would happen to
be Estonian and in Tokyo now??  I would love to get
together, as I need to learn more about your language.
I know some Finns, who tend to be located around
Nakano/Shimo-kitazawa area, but what about Estonians?
