Nice to hear from you again! Also, nice for the list to be up again. As far
as I can gather, Quettar is in a state of abeyance - it always was a bit on
the semi-regular side, but nice and learned all the same. BTW, if you've
visited my (rather out-of-date by now) Tolkien pages on the web, you'll have
realised that I'm a bit of a Tolkien snob, for which I make no apologies
whatever! So dragging Quettar kicking and screaming into academic
seriousness was a bit of a personal thing for me. Our coup was definitely
the publication of the Tengwar numerals (calligraphed by CJRT, no less).
Actually, I wouldn't mind taking up the reins again; there shouldn't be any
shortage of material; we have the new David Salo stuff and much more.
