In Flanders an epenthetic vowel in "melk" would mark one as being from Antwerp. If it goes together with tones, one would be from Limburg. Outside of those two provinces, however, nobody every uses it, and most people avoid it, so as not to be associated with either province where it _is_ used. :-) -- Migh foghgl adzankh edung, vonglerung.
