Well, I can't tell you what language is *is* but it
isn't any of the languages I know or am familiar with.
So rule out the whole Chinese family. It definitely
isn't Romance or Germanic or Malayo-Polynesian. Has
anyone looked at Kazakh or Uygiur? Or one of the
nearby languages? What I can say is, if anyone
figures out what language it is in or better yet who
recorded it I'd like to know. I'd be interested in
hearing more. It's fun to listen to.
