Haha! So e.g. Tim heard the ending -t correctly where was wrong and
heard -nt and I heard -h- correctly where Tim heard -w-. Weird. :-)
The {a} seems to be [O] sometimes, or are we all so wrong about that
and it is unrounded [A]?
It's also funny that {r} may be vocalic or maybe it's an alveolar
approximant after all, and that the Arabic glyph for {q} may be [R].
I know a dish (on a Persian menu) with {q} transcribed {gh} where my
favourite chef uses [q] while {gh} would fit [R] much better. :-)
