That sounds yummy. Will try. Are proportions important? I suspect not ;-)
Preserved orange/lemon (i.e. citron) or freshly grated? or doesn't matter?
Not a consideration for me, but OOC is pie-crust Kosher?

Never added the honey, but it sounds interesting too.
