I just checked and this version also comes with Win98. If you don't have
Lucida Unicode and you do have MS Bookshelf, you have the fonts Bookshelf
Symbols1, 2 & 3. They have "dictionary-style" phonetic symbols. Not quite
IPA, but the schwa is there.
