Website For Silindion

Over this Winter Break, I'd like to start making a website for Silindion which
has now gone for 4 years without web-representation. Back in November or
October, someone on the list expressed an interest in helping me if I ever made
a website. If whoever that was is still on the list, please send me a message
privately. Otherwise, I'd appreciate any help you guys can give me. That is,
what programs would I need..HTML experience, etc. I'm not that great at making
websites...so, like I said any help is appreciated! :)
