christianity does not have one language
jesus was jew, he spoke aramaic, but greek was also very common those
times, but few centuries later the first christian language was latin
(in eastern church greek)
AFAIR: the famous INRI on the cross was written it three languages:
latin, greek and hebrew...
the words: 'eli, eli lema sabahthani...(or something like that) was
aramaic
