Natlang:
Hebrew doesn't really have that many true adverbs....mostly, what is
translated as an adverb is actually a construction "with [noun]", so
"silently" = _be-sheqett_ ("with silence"), or "easily" = _be-qalut_
("with ease"). The few true adverbs that i know include _heiteiv_ "well"
(as opposed to _tov_, "good") and _l'att_ "slowly". There doesn't seem
to be any kind of pattern to them.
Conlang:
Rokbeigalmki builds both adjectives and adverbs straight out of the
verb-noun root. Adjectives are prefixed by _sud_, _sad_, or _sid_
depending on whether it's basic, comparative, or superlative:
goiyat = tallness
sudgoiyat = tall
sadgoiyat = taller
sidgoiyat = tallest
Adverbs are made by affixing _elikuh-_ /ElikV/ to the front of the verb.
The corresponding adverbial forms to _sad_ and _sid_ are _elikaa-_
/Elik&/ and _elikih_ /Elikih/.
dimwa = silence
elikuh-dimwa = silently
elikaa-dimwa = more silently
elikih-dimwa = most silently
"Elikuh" and it's other forms are descended from the pattern
_ilu_(all)+_ka'_(like) also found in _ilu:ka_ ("such (a)", "so") and
_i:luka:_ ("the same as, exactly like").
oz ilu:ka goiyath = he's such a tall person
dhaz-a i:luka: dhu-a = this one is the same as that one
izoi-mwe ilu:ka elikuh-dimwa = she moves so silently
You can also use the preposition/case-prefix _sa'_, "with/using", in
order to make a more abstract adverb form....the difference between
_elikuh-dimwa_ and _sa'dimwa_ is that the elikuh- form means the
"silence" is more internal and a part of the subject, while the sa' form
implies that it is more affected.
