Oops, I meant to only send it to Roger. Oh well.
Anyway, I started with
http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/UnicodeData.txt and massaged it
with Perl to remove all but the first two fields, add a decimal-value
field, and use commas (for CSV compatibility) rather than semicolons.
I also stripped most of the entries, obviously.
